Arturo Holmes and Andrew Hamlet met years ago as students at The Walker School in Marietta, GA. Arturo wore Desert Storm Air Force Ones. Andrew wore black and white checkered slip on Vans. Arturo played his Casio keyboard. Andrew played his green Fender Stratocaster. Needless to say, the two began making music together and developed a reputation as musicians around the school. They even co-authored the school's alma mater.

Arturo and Andrew parted ways for college, meeting up from time to time over the holidays, but in 2009, they decided to begin making music again, in earnest, under the collaborative name ArnHao, composed of the their initials, Arturo Andrew Hamlet Holmes. The first song they wrote as ArnHao was "Oh?! (Intangible Fantasy)", a soulful electronic ode to the illusory conquests of young adulthood. The music community at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill took notice, and invited the duo to compete in the annual UNC vs. Duke battle of the bands. ArnHao accpeted the invitation, and won the competition, resulting in an opportunity to open for Toro y Moi and meet with Bob Boilen. Soon thereafter, Denmark Records released a 7" record featuring "Oh?! (Intangible Fantasy)".

Everything looked up for ArnHao. The duo went to work on a full album to accompany the single, but as fate would have it, the album was not finished. The two parted ways, again, this time with a half finished album collecting dust on their hard drives.

Years later, Arturo and Andrew found themselves both living in Brooklyn, NY. Gradually, a decision was made to unearth the dusty album and finish it for the world to hear. They enlisted help from friends, including It is rain in my face. and Hidden Cat, to apply finishing touches. After almost 10 years in the making, the album, "Intangible Fantasy" will be available for your listening pleasure via Fun Having Team.
